- Simon is one of Quebec’s pioneers in web sales: 12 years dealing with customers online at a high-volume dealership in the mid-2000s.
- Over 100 dealers have benefited from the expertise of his company, Stratégies SD, over the past 8 years.
- His people-focused approach and mastery of field processes make him the benchmark for web performance in Quebec.
- The expression “walk the talk” applies very well to Simon: over the past 20 years, he has criss-crossed the roads of Quebec to support a multitude of dealerships. He has also held the positions of sales consultant, web consultant, sales manager, used vehicle manager and BDC and technology manager for a dealer group.
- His methods are widely recognized, and the industry’s various suppliers often call on him for field advice at the dealership.

Attendance is strongly recommended, and we advise you to prioritize the sessions in your diary.
The annual calendar is shared at the first meeting. Virtual sessions are recorded and stored in your client space, and can be listened to in video or audio (podcast-style) format.
- Accommodation and meals during the annual indoor meeting are the responsibility of the participant.
- Room hire and coffee breaks will be allocated on a pro-rata basis according to the number of group members.
Joining the Club Performance Web is an annual commitment paid in 12 installments of $1297. The launch promotion is $997 per month.
A $997 set-up fee for the 12 months of your membership will also be added to your initial registration.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail giving you access to your customer area. You’ll also receive invitations to future meetings.
Our interview process ensures that there are no unpleasant surprises. In the event that the formula does not suit you, you will have 30 days to terminate the annual agreement after the start of your registration. Expenses incurred are non-refundable.
Each Club Performance Web group will comprise a maximum of 18 dealers.
The results of the group’s web composite are available in a virtual space updated monthly. Results are thus available quickly after the end of each month.
